I've never set up a newsgroup but I've got the software and TechNet (what else
can we need?). I'll ask around about details.
I don't know everybody in the neighborhood, yet. But my wife's on the Moss
board so she should be able to figure out if John Huber still lives in the
neighborhood. I do love the Moss/High/Bradley neighborhood. It's a natural for
someone who loved NYC.
Trivial point: the landscaping on the lots around our house (part of the
Griswold estate--demolished around the turn of the century) was done
(reportedly--perhaps a real estate gimick) by Frederick Law Olmstead who
designed Central Park, Prospect Park (our old neighberhood, Park Slope,
Brooklyn), Oak Park (Illinois), and ended up in Brookline, Ma (where our
daughters live). We have a Beech tree out front that's supposed to be the only
American Beech Tree in Illinois. Since it's a common tree out East we figure
that Olmstead must have planted it.
I believe that an Olmstead student planned the Peoria Park system which is one
of the oldest park systems in the midwest.
Did I tell you guys that I'm a member of the Peoria Chamber of Commerce (an
enthusiastic member of the PCC)! If I get overbearing just handle me like my
New York friends do ("Yeah, Dave everything's bigger and better in Peoria,
even the criminals. Now shut up!").

That should work. RJ45 plugs right into my laptop and it's smooth sailing from
there. I have a digital MDV and snapshot camera that produces JPEG so I can do
a zillion pictures with no trouble.
Do you know how to set up a Newsgroup? That's what is really needed for these
conversations. That poor "Remembering" page is getting a little
bulky.
By the way, last I heard John Huber lived over on Moss near there.
