Hi, Todd:

I started out as an English teacher at the University of Toledo, but wound up in business, ultimately working for myself as a CRM consultant. I work with a number of software programs on various networks, but my focus is on business process and having the software support the process. It's a far cry from teaching English. I got into it sort of by accident when the first IBM pc's came out. I just kept going from there. I'm not as techie as a lot are, however, but I hold my own.
